I used my Canon 7D, the settings were f-stop 1.8 (aperture priority, so i can't remember the shutter speed) I shoot in RAW and i used an action from Florabella to edit them in Photoshop, it is called 'Black & White film'.
I used natural light from a tiny window on the top left. I love the dramatic effect it created and even more so in black and white.
And this one below is my absolute favourite of all....
